Collegiate Project Competition

Attention Students (Undergraduate and Graduate) NEAFS is proud to announce:

The Northeastern Association of Forensic Scientists Collegiate Project Competition

It is time for a little friendly competition between the colleges and universities in the northeast with Forensic Science Programs.  The Northeastern Association of Forensic Scientists (NEAFS) is looking for forensic science research projects that display the type of work going on at your schools.  We want to see what the next generation of forensic scientists will bring to the field.  The top five projects will be presented during the student forum at the 2006 Annual NEAFS Meeting, at Rye, New York.  One of the top five projects will be selected as NEAFS Collegiate Project winner. Prizes to be announced in the next newsletter.

Entry Criteria:

  1. One entry per college or university with the approval of faculty project advisor. One entry can consist of no more than seven participants.
  2. All participants must be listed on the application.
  3. Presentation should be 15 minutes or less.
  4. Specific details can be found with the application.
